I recognise that living with chronic pain or a chronic health condition impacts not just on your physical state but also on how you feel about yourself and life in general. This can cause a great deal of stress, which can actually worsen your health leaving you trapped in a vicious cycle. Experience tells me, that with the correct support, this vicious cycle can be broken and even reversed!

The Empowerment Plan

The Empowerment Plan has been developed specifically to enable people living with chronic pain or chronic health conditions to find greater wellbeing and to create a more enjoyable life.

You will benefit from a powerful combination of life coaching and hypnotherapy that will enable you to maximise your quality of life. Furthermore, under my expert guidance you will master a number of powerful techniques including self-hypnosis and goal setting. These techniques can be used in your daily life to reduce the impact and severity of symptoms and to dramatically enhance your general wellbeing. The confidence and skills that you will gain during the plan will enable you to continue to improve your quality of life independently and to face future challenges.

Clinical Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy can be used to guide the body and mind into a deeply restorative and beneficial state that enhances physical health and mental wellbeing. It can be very effective in treating symptoms associated with chronic health conditions, as well as helping reduce problems caused or aggravated by stress.

Alternatively, hypnotherapy can be used to directly and effectively assist you in changing how you feel and behave by finding the root cause of problems such as continuing low self-esteem, phobias and long-standing compulsive habits.
